The Park & Campground are located on 1000 acres of forest land in Eastern Maine. It is 60 miles north of Bangor via Route 95 & Route 2. Mattawamkeag is the starting point of Route 157 which leads to Baxter State Park, about an hours drive away. There are many activities that could be planned around a stay in our campground.
